These Terms of Use explain the rules for using ChatData Sync. By using ChatData Sync, you agree to these terms.

Short version: You can use ChatData Sync to describe what you want to track, connect an AI assistant, and manage records. You are responsible for your account and project security token. No online service is perfect.

1) Who Can Use ChatData Sync

You may use ChatData Sync only if you can legally agree to these terms where you live. If you use ChatData Sync for a business, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for that business.

You agree to provide accurate account information, keep sign-in credentials private, and notify us quickly if you suspect unauthorized access.

4) Project Security Token

Your project security token controls API access for connected assistants. Treat it like a password, do not post it publicly, and rotate it immediately if exposed.

5) Connected AI Assistants

Assistant behavior may vary by provider, and outputs may be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated results before relying on them.

6) Acceptable Use

You may not use ChatData Sync to break the law, harm others, access data without permission, disrupt the service, upload malware, or attempt unauthorized access.

7) Billing and Paid Plans

If you buy a paid plan, pricing and billing cycle are shown before purchase. Taxes may apply. If payment fails, we may limit paid features after giving you a chance to update payment details.

8) Service Availability and Changes

We may update features to improve product quality, reliability, and security. We try to keep ChatData Sync available, but do not promise uninterrupted service.

9) Data Export and Deletion

You may export your data when that feature is available.

If you delete data or a tracker, removal from active systems may be immediate, but copies may remain in backups or security logs for a limited period as required for operations, legal obligations, fraud prevention, or security.

10) Third-Party Services

ChatData Sync relies on third-party providers (such as cloud hosting, identity, payments, and AI services). Their services may have separate terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for outages or failures caused by third-party services.

11) Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you seriously or repeatedly violate these terms, we detect abuse or significant security risk, or we are required by law. You may stop using ChatData Sync at any time.

12) No Warranty

ChatData Sync is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent allowed by law, we do not guarantee that the service will always be error-free, uninterrupted, fully secure, or suitable for every use case.

13) Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowed by law, ChatData Sync and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for claims related to the service is limited to the amount you paid to ChatData Sync in the 12 months before the event that caused the claim, or USD 100 if you paid nothing.

Some regions do not allow certain limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

14) Indemnity

If you use ChatData Sync for a business, you agree to defend and indemnify ChatData Sync from claims arising from your misuse of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms, to the extent allowed by law.

15) Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state and federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, unless required otherwise by applicable consumer law.

16) Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and provide notice through the app, website, or email.
