Metered assistant actions are record changes: adding, updating, or deleting an entry. Bulk changes count per entry. Reading, searching, summaries, and browsing the dashboard do not use this allowance. One chat request can make several changes.
No. We do not cap a tracker by record count. Records and files use one private storage pool, so your tracker can keep growing based on the actual space it uses instead of an arbitrary row ceiling.
You have two options that keep your plan as-is. Buy a one-time Action top-up (+500 actions for $5) to get through a busy stretch, or add the recurring Action add-on (+1,000 actions every month for $7). Both apply to your account right away.
Delete records or files to make room, or add a Storage Boost for another 10 GB at $5/month. It works with your current plan and can be canceled any time.

Canceling a paid subscription is not the same as deleting your account or trackers. When paid access ends, your available capacity reflects your remaining plan and add-ons.
