How to connect ChatGPT to your tracker

Describe what you want to track

Sign in and type a plain-English description — "tutoring sessions with student name, date, topic, and payment status" or "pet care visits with pet name, owner, date, and services provided." ChatData Sync generates the structure for you.

Copy your GPT Action connection details

After your tracking space is created, you will see a connection string on the Connect tab. It contains your tracker's secure endpoint and a scoped token — everything ChatGPT needs to reach your data.

Paste into your ChatGPT configuration

Open ChatGPT, navigate to your custom GPT or configure Actions, and paste the connection string. This single step is all the setup required — no code, no API docs to read, no schemas to write.
